Shipping:
We ship via UPS. Ground Rates start at $19.99 based on your proximity to Colorado and are calculated at checkout. If you are in a hurry and desire a quicker delivery, please contact us at 720-583-4049 or email us at info@eagleswingnaturalbison.com.
Ground is overnight within Colorado and typically 2-3 days to the midwest, and 3 days to either Coast. In order to ensure your order doesn't spend unnecessary time in a warehouse or truck, all 3 day orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday (Colorado and 2-day orders ship on Wednesday as well).
We carefully pack each order in styrofoam shipping containers with dry ice for orders 2 or more days delivery. Colorado and overnight orders are packed with frozen gel packs. If for any reason you are less than pleased with your order, let us know within 3 days of receipt and we'll make it right.
If you have any special delivery requests or instructions, you can include those when you place your order.
Lafayette Pickup:
You can pick up your order anytime for Free in Lafayette. Just select "Lafayette pickup" from the list of shipping options at checkout, and we'll get in touch with you with the pickup address and to arrange a date & time.
