Thank you for visiting our site! We are sold out of everything except for liver, thanks to our loyal customers who have pre-ordered this past year. (We'll be back in stock this Fall). Since we only harvest once per year in the Fall after our bison have been eating our lush grasses all summer and as the year progresses, we do sell out of our delicious Grass-Fed Bison and this fall was no exception. People are realizing the benefits of eating 100% grass-fed bison. We will begin taking reservations in January for half and whole bison for Fall 2026 harvest. 

We offer local pick up only in Lafayette, Colorado. For Lafayette Pickup: Under Delivery, mark "Ship". Your address will show up under "Ship to". Scroll down to Shipping Method and "Free Lafayette Pick up" will automatically populate. Once your order is placed, we will contact you for a convenient time for you to pick up your Bison.

PLEASE NOTE: If you're ordering a half or whole Bison, you will be picking up your meat at Double J Meat Packing, 726 W. Main, Pierce, Colorado 80650.

Our unique location, at 8,200 feet near Routt National Forest, combined with legendary native North Park grass hay and the individual attention the Bison receive, means that each bite from every cut is the ultimate expression of this icon of the American West - naturally grass fed & finished, with no antibiotics or growth hormones.

The typical age for harvest is 2 to 2 1/2 years old.
